Hi I'm Negean
I am a mental health professional with a MSc in Clinical Psychology and have assisted families with all aspects of parenthood for many years. After becoming a mom in 2022, I developed a new appreciation for the importance of sleep on mental health. Sleep deprivation and exhaustion quickly took over my life and I was not able to be the best version of myself for me and my family. That's where I did a lot of research and decided to hire a sleep consultant to sleep train my daughter. I won't spend long raving about the life changing effects of sleep training because you really have to experience it for yourself. With my background in science and psychology it only made sense for me to get certified as a pediatric sleep consultant in order to help as many families as possible experience what I did first hand. I am extremely passionate about assisting your family in feeling your best and sleeping well! I'm here to support you through this journey and trust me you will not be disappointed!
Infant and Toddler Sleep Program
For ages 4 months to 5 years old
- Comprehensive evaluation of current sleep habits and routines

- One hour sleep plan consultation
- Night one text support until your baby falls asleep
- Two weeks of unlimited daily text support during business hours
- Four follow up support calls to discuss progress
For babies 0 to 12 weeks
-One hour call to learn gentle sleep strategies and develop healthy sleep habits from day one.
